Man killed in Rautahat motorcycle accident

A man was killed when met with an accident along Gaur Chandranigahapur road section in the district on Thursday evening. The deceased has been identified as Sanjaya Kumar Sah Rauniyar, 22, of Jitpur municipality-3 in Bara. Rauniyar was riding the motorcycle (Na 51 Pa 9559) under the influence of alcohol, the police said. He died in the course of treatment at a hospital in Garuda at dawn Friday. The pillion rider Paban Kumar Sah, of Madhavnarayan municipality-3 in Rautahat injured in the accident, was receiving treatment at a health institution at Garuda, the police said.
