Seven held with narcotic drugs in Jhapa

Seven people have been arrested with brown sugar and brown heroin from different locations of Jhapa. Arjun Shrestha, 29, and Manish Khadka, 18, of Mechinagar municipality-2; Anish Bhandari, 24, of Birtamod municipality-6; Roshan Neupane, 28, of Phidim municipality-1, Panchthar; Rameshwar Chaudhary, 30, of Birtamod municipality-6; and Prem Khadka, 48, of Birtamod municipality-3 are among the arrested. They were taken under control from the eastern border point Kakarbitta area. Police also confiscated 50 ampoules of diazepam, 50 ampoules of phenergan, and 50 ampoules of lupigesic from them, as stated by Deputy Superintendent of Police Jitendra Basnet. They are being investigated for the alleged crime.
