Man succumbs to cold in Dang

One person died from cold Friday at Gadhawa of Dang. The victim has been identified as Jokhu Chaudhary, 71, of Gadhawa rural municipality-1, according to the area police office Gadhawa. Chaudhary with physical disabilities was an unmarried person. He succumbed after being deprived of proper care in the cold as nobody was there to look after him. His nephews with whom he was staying are currently in India in connection with employment. According to locals, he even did not have winter clothes.
