Two kids die due to cold in Saptari Death toll reaches 18 in Saptari alone

Two kids died due to the cold wave in Saptari district Tuesday. The deceased are a six-month-old daughter of Gulden Mandal of Hanumannagar Kankalini municipality-1 and one grader Jitendra Sada at Sambhunath municipality-2 in the district, police said. The bodies are kept at Gajendra Narayan Singh Zonal Hospital for a post-mortem. It is stated that 18 persons have died of in the district so far but police have confirmed only six deaths. The incidents of death are rising with a dip in mercury in the plains for the past few days.
