CoAS Sigdel meets Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun

Kathmandu, Sept 17

Chief of the Army Staff General Ashok Raj Sigdel paid a courtesy call on China’s Minister of National Defense Dong Jun.

General Sigdel, who is currently on a visit to China, met Defense Minister Dong on Wednesday.

According to the Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Nepal Army, the two discussed matters of mutual interest and military relations during the meeting.

General Sigdel also paid an inspection visit to the National Defense University in Beijing.

He also attended the inaugural session of the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum held in Beijing.
