PM Shah holds meeting with Indian Ambassador Srivastava

Prime Minister Balen Shah and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava held a meeting on Monday.

According to the prime minister’s secretariat, the two met around noon on Monday.

Ambassador Srivastava visited the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar to meet PM Shah.

The meeting was described by the prime minister’s secretariat as a courtesy call.

During the meeting, PM Shah and Ambassador Srivastava discussed various issues related to Nepal-India bilateral friendship, mutual interests, development partnership, and cooperation.

Ambassador Srivastava extended his best wishes to PM Shah and expressed his commitment to further strengthening relations and cooperation between the two countries.

PM Shah also stressed the need to further deepen Nepal’s historic ties with India and work together in areas of shared interest, according to the prime minister’s secretariat.
