Government to form Gen Z Council

The government has decided to form a Gen Z Council.

A Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday at Singha Durbar made the decision.

The current government, which was formed on the back of the Gen Z Movement, has been facing criticism for failing to make concrete decisions to address the demands of Gen Z.

Additionally, the government has decided to delegate the responsibility of handling and resolving cases related to offenses under Section 140 of the Insurance Act, 2022, to the district courts, according to government spokesperson and Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal.
