The personal security officers (PSOs) of three lawmakers from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) have still not been returned as of Thursday.
Nepal Police had recalled the PSOs of RPP Chief Whip Gyanendra Shahi and lawmakers Dhruba Bahadur Pradhan and Deepak Singh on Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent of Police Ramesh Thapa, central spokesperson for Nepal Police, had said that the PSOs were called for a briefing.
He said that the PSOs were still in the briefing on Thursday.
“They had gone for a briefing, and they must have gone there today as well. We call all PSOs for briefings weekly or every 15 days,” he said.
He said that it was not certain how many PSOs had been called.
