Rajendra Lingden reelected from Jhapa-3

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has been reelected to the House of Representatives (HoR) from Jhapa-3.

He defeated Krishna Prasad Sitaula of Nepali Congress by 3,276 votes.

Lingden secured 40,648 votes while Sitaula received 37,372 votes. He was supported by CPN-UML this time just as in 2017.

Lingden had defeated Sitaula in the HoR election five years ago too.
