Janamorcha's Khim Bikram Shahi elected from Baglung-2 (B)

Khim Bikram Shahi of Rastriya Janamorcha has been elected to the provincial assembly from Baglung-2 (B).

Shahi secured 11,235 votes to beat Jit Sherchan of the main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) (9,138) and get elected to the provincial assembly of Gandaki.

Shahi was supported by the ruling CPN that did not field candidate in the constituency.
