CPN candidate Bidya Bhattarai looks set to win the election for House of Representatives constituency of Kaski-2.
Bhattarai leads with 17,650 votes followed by Khem Raj Paudel of Nepali Congress (NC) at 9,224. Dharma Raj Gurung of Socialist Party Nepal has got 1,316 votes and Rajani KC of Sajha Party 457 with 30,335 of 45,563 votes counted.
CPN-UML candidate and Bhattarai's late husband, Rabindra Adhikari, had won the constituency in the last general election.
