Senior leader of ruling CPN Madhav Kumar Nepal has accused ministers of promoting and transferring staffers taking bribe.
He claimed that all the sectors have been ravaged as leaders appoint, promote and transfer staffers taking bribe. "Leaders and ministers themselves are involved in taking bribe for appointment, promotion and transfer of staffers," the former prime minister said addressing a program in Kathmandu Monday afternoon. "All the sectors in the country have been destroyed due to that."
He added that budget of tens of millions have been plundered at the local level. "They are plundering at the local level in connivance with the staffers. The government must take stringent action against them," pointed.
He demanded that property of seven generations of those involved in such plunder should be confiscated.
