Socialist party Nepal has said it will raise the issue of Constitution amendment with the government after the by-elections scheduled for November 30.
The party's central committee member on Saturday had authorized the office-bearers to take decision on whether to continue in the KP Sharma Oli government or leave it.
Deputy chief of the party's publicity department Bishwodeep Pandey said it is preparing to leave the government if the latter is not ready to seriously discuss Constitution amendment even after the by-elections.
The party is currently under pressure to leave the government. Rastriya Janata Party Nepal ahs also made quitting the government a pre-condition for party unification.
