3 Chand cadres arrested from Kathmandu

Three cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN including a central member have been arrested from Kathmandu. A team of Metropolitan Police Crime Division arrested central member Dambar Bahadur BK, alternative central member Makar Gurung and Uma Gurung from Battisputali, Kathmandu on Monday. The division says it has initiated investigation against the arrested trio. BK has been reportedly removed by the party but that has yet to be officially confirmed. The position of Uma Gurung inside the party has yet to be known. She was central member of Tamu Liberation Front five years ago.
