Bodies of Minister Adhikari, his security guard identified

The Ministry of Home Affairs confirmed that all seven people on board the Air Dynasty chopper that crashed at Darebhir near Sisnekhola of Taplejung on Wednesday afternoon have been killed. Spokesperson at the Home Ministry Ram Krishna Subedi informed that the police team that headed toward the crash site have found seven bodies. Only the bodies of two including Minister Adhikari and his security guard can be identified whereas the bodies of other five victims have burnt beyond recognition, according to him. The Home Ministry attributed the chopper crash to bad weather. According to spokesperson Subedi, two helicopters, Nepal Airlines MI 17, Air Dynasty chopper and Simrik Air chopper have headed toward the site. However, these choppers could not land at the site.
