Visiting Myanmar State Counselor Suu Kyi meets President Bhandari

Visiting State Counselor of Myanmar Daw Aung San Suu Kyi held talks with President Bidhya Devi Bhandari Friday morning at latter's official residence in Shital Niwas. The two leaders discussed the bilateral relations between Nepal and Myanmar, said the President's Office. The meeting was attended by high ranking officials of the President's Office and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Suu Kyi is currently on an official visit of Nepal at the invitation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in connection with participating in the Asia Pacific Summit as a special guest. She arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday morning. The Summit will be held on Saturday.
