Senior urology and kidney transplant surgeon Prof Dr Prem Raj Gyawali has announced that he will provide free treatment for all kidney- and urinary tract-related conditions to Bhotekoshi flood victims and their family members for the next five years.
Speaking to Setopati, Dr Gyawali said that he would not charge any fees for treating flood victims.
“For five years, I will not charge any money for health checkups, surgeries, or any other services. Until 2031, Bhotekoshi flood victims and their family members will receive free services from me,” he said. “Patients will not have to pay the hospital any amount for services they receive from me. They will only have to bear expenses other than that.”
