Six Armed Police Force (APF) personnel who fainted during training in Kailali are being airlifted to Kathmandu by helicopter.
On Friday morning, seven trainees fainted at the Armed Police Force Nepal Revenue, Customs and Industrial Training Academy located in Tikapur, Kailali.
Among them, six are being brought to Kathmandu aboard a Nepal Army Skytruck, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shailendra Thapa, joint spokesperson for the APF.
He said that the personnel may have fainted due to the extreme heat during the training session.
It has not yet been decided where they will be treated after they are brought to Kathmandu.
