A group led by Miraj Dhungana staged a protest at the Singha Durbar gate on Tuesday.
The Gari Khan Deu group led by Dhungana tried to enter Singha Durbar, but police stopped them.
After being denied entry, they protested by wearing black headbands.
On Tuesday morning, they had gone there saying they wanted to meet Prime Minister Sushila Karki and others, but police pushed them back to Anamnagar.
They have not been allowed to leave the premises of Purbeli Bhanchha Ghar in Anamnagar. There, too, they continued their protest wearing black headbands.
Meanwhile, Dhungana and others were also involved in a scuffle with the police.
Dhungana’s group had tried to enter Singha Durbar on Monday as well. When they were stopped, they pasted pamphlets on the gate and returned.
