Nicholous Bhusal arrested

Nicholous Bhusal has been arrested.

A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested Bhusal on Tuesday afternoon from Saraswati Ashram in Ward No. 8 of Gorkha Municipality.

A team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Anil Ghimire was mobilized from Kathmandu to arrest him. Bhusal had arrived in Gorkha on Monday.

“We have taken him into custody. He has been sent to the hospital for a medical check-up,” said DSP Rajkumar Shrestha of the District Police Office, Gorkha.

Following the arrest, Bhusal was taken to the provincial hospital in Gorkha for examination.

Police said that he was arrested for questioning on the charge of making anarchic statements.
