The monsoon has become active again starting Wednesday.
Heavy rainfall occurred in some parts of the Kathmandu Valley on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the highest rainfall in the past hour was recorded in Sundarijal, Kathmandu (37.8 millimeters).
Similarly, rainfall was recorded in Rajaiya, Makawanpur (18.8 millimeters), and Seuli Bang, Pyuthan (11.4 millimeters).
Meanwhile, water has accumulated on the main road of Sirjana Nagar in Bhaktapur, which has affected vehicular movement.
Vehicles have been stranded due to flooding on the road.
