The Metropolitan Police Kalimati Circle has been sealed on Wednesday after two policemen tested positive for COVID-19.
Chief of Kalimati Circle DSP Rugam Kunwar told Setopati that the police station has been sealed after two tested positive on Tuesday. The women cell and the traffic police unit inside the Kalimati Circle premises have also been sealed.
"We have not allowed anyone to leave. There are talks to do PCR test of everyone but when the tests will be done cannot be said exactly as of now," DSP Kunwar added.
The two policeman tested positive in PCR test after they tested positive in rapid diagnostic test. A total of 214 police personnel stay in the premises.
