Munu Mahawar, additional secretary at India's Ministry of External Affairs, is scheduled to visit Nepal.
Mahawar will arriving in Kathmandu on Monday to participate in a meeting of the bilateral energy mechanism meeting between the two countries.
He heads the North Division, which oversees matters related to Nepal and Bhutan, at India's Ministry of External Affairs.
During his visit, Mahawar is scheduled to meet Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal.
He will also participate in meetings of the Nepal-India Joint Steering Committee (JSC) and the Joint Working Group (JWG) on energy and water resources.
The meetings are scheduled for July 14 and 15.
