Youth leaders from the anti-establishment faction of the Nepali Congress have opened a contact office.
Outgoing central member Kundan Raj Kafle said that the contact office has been set up in Anamnagar, Kathmandu.
"Youth leaders advocating for a regular general convention have come together to open a contact office in Anamnagar to make it easier for us to meet," Kafle told Setopati.
The office was established by youth leaders close to outgoing party president Sher Bahadur Deuba and leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula.
The youth leaders include former central members Guru Baral, Jit Jung Basnet, and Kafle, among others.
According to Kafle, similar contact offices have been opened in other locations as well.
Recently, they also organized a youth gathering in Sukedhara.
