Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli held a telephone conversation with his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi, on Wednesday.
During the telephone conversation, the two leaders talked about the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, that took place on Tuesday.
PM Oli expressed condolences over the loss of lives in the terrorist attack, and also reiterated Nepal’s firm solidarity with India against such heinous acts.
Indian PM Modi also expressed condolences over the death of a Nepali national in the attack.
The terrorist attack in Pahalgam resulted in the deaths of 26 people, including Sudeep Neupane from Butwal. His mother was also injured in the attack.
