Upendra Yadav maintains lead in Bara-2

Upendra Yadav of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has maintained his lead in the by-election in Bara-2.

As per the latest vote count results, Yadav has secured 2,345 votes to lead by 398 votes. Shiva Chandra Kushwaha of Janamat Party has received 1,947 votes.

Purushottam Paudel of CPN-UML is far behind in third with 793 votes.

Votes of wards 1, 2 and 3 of Karaiyamai Rural Municipality and wards 7 and 8 of Suwarna Rural Municipality have been counted so far.
