Deuba nominates 3 more including Pradip Paudel as NC central members

Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has nominated three more leaders including Pradip Paudel as central committee members.

Paudel, who is close to Krishna Sitaula, had contested for the post of general secretary from the Deuba panel as per Deuba's alliance with Sitaula.

Karnali Chief Minister Jeevan Bahadur Shahi, who lost the election for joint general secretary, has also been nominated as central member along with Kalyan Gurung who contested for president and supported Deuba in the runoff.

Deuba on Saturday had nominated 10 leaders including Ram Chandra Paudel, Prakash Man Singh, Bimalendra Nidhi, Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Prakash Sharan Mahat, Narayan Khadka, Uma Regmi, Sujata Koirala and Min Bahadur Bishwokarma as central members after completion of the 14th general convention of the party in December.
