Dahal, Khanal, Nepal meet in Khumaltar

Senior leaders of ruling CPN Jhala Nath Khanal and Madhav Kumar Nepal are meeting Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the Dahal residence in Khumaltar Sunday morning.

CPN Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha is also attending the meeting.

Nepal had expressed displeasure stating that Dahal and fellow Chairman and Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli acted too cozy during the secretariat meeting on Saturday.

The two chairmen had proposed to hold the general convention in December during the meeting. Secretariat members felt the warring chairmen have reconciled due to that but Dahal's secretariat refuted that in the night.

Dahal's personal secretary Ganga Dahal wrote on the social media that the two chairmen have not reached any agreement and all the issues are under discussion.

A party source confided that Dahal is trying to convince Nepal that he has not reached any agreement with Oli.
