Ruling CPN and the Communist Party of China (CPC) are holding a seminar to share experiences of operating the party.
Top leaders of both the parties will participate in the seminar through video conferencing at around two Friday afternoon.
Around 100 CPN leaders including CPN Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Chief of the party's school department Ishwore Pokharel will participate in the event jointly organized by the department and the international liaison department of CPC.
Dahal and Pokharel will be the only CPN leaders to speak from the party office in Dhumbarahi while other leaders including those from the seven provinces will only listen.
Chief of the international liaison department of CPC Song Tao, deputy chief Guo Yezhou and others will participate on behalf of China, according to Pokharel's personal secretary Dipendra Shrestha.
Shrestha revealed that the event will be held through five personal computers from China and 15 from Nepal. "Discussion will be held with CPC about how to build a strong ruling party," he stated. "Experiences of both the parties will also be shared."
