Oli-Dahal meeting ends, secretariat meeting uncertain

Prime Minister (PM) and CPN Chairman KP Sharma Oli met fellow Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday.

The two chairmen were scheduled to discuss secretariat and standing committee meetings during the meeting, but what the two leaders discussed has yet to be revealed.

The secretariat meeting scheduled for Tuesday also looks unlikely. A source close to Oli told Setopati that there is no plan of convening secretariat meeting today.

Leaders close to Oli during the meeting with the faction of senior party leader Madhav Kumar Nepal on Monday had assured that secretariat meeting will be held on Tuesday.
