A meeting of the committee at the Singha Durbar on Wednesday has instructed to publish 10-day notice in government-owned media inviting complaints against former foreign minister Pandey.
Chairman of the committee Laxman Lal Karna confirmed with Setopati that complaints have been invited against Pandey who has been recommended for residential ambassador to China and non-residential envoy to North Korea and Mongolia.

The Cabinet meeting on March 1 had decided to call back Lila Mani Puadyal who was sent to Beijing with the status of a Cabinet minister by the then Pushpa Kamal Dahal government three years back.
Foreign Minister Pradeep Gyawali had later clarified that Paudyal has not been called back due to poor performance.
Addressing a press conference at the Foreign Ministry on March 2, Gyawali had stressed that Paudyal has been called after the government concluded that a high-level political person should be deployed in neighboring countries as far as possible.
