The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) will not obstruct the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting on Tuesday.
The NC parliamentary party meeting held at the Singha Durbar on Tuesday has decided to help resume House operation. "We will not obstruct the House from today. We will allow its operation after putting our opinions," NC lawmaker Dila Sangraula told Setopati.
The parliamentary party has taken the decision after the central committee meeting on Monday instructed to not obstruct the House.
NC has been obstructing the House since Thursday stating the corruption case filed against NC Vice-president Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar is one-sided and politically motivated.
