Tarun Dal cadres arrested for trying to wave black flags at returning Oli

Cadres of Tarun Dal, the youth wing of Nepali Congress (NC), have been arrested for trying to wave black flags at Prime Minister (PM) KP Sharma Oli who returned home Sunday morning completing his eight-day Europe visit. President of Tarun Dal Krishnaji Khadka told Setoapti that Kathmandu president Dinesh Bikram Shaha and another cadre has been arrested from the Tribhuvan Inetrnational Airport (TIA). The cadres were arrested with black flags and are being kept at the police station in Tinkune.
