Briefing the House of Representatives (HoR) about the series of explosions in Kathmandu on Sunday, he pointed that Chand's group has been involved in activities against the state, Constitution, system and peace in recent times. "They have formed four companies of people's army," he stated. "They have formed a party in the name of CPN to lead all these activities."
He revealed that the group has also formed people's councils in the line of people's government.
He reminded that the group's activities were also seen during the local and general elections. "We saw them bomb Ncell towers and other places across the country as per the slogan of anti-corruption campaign," he added.
