An overhead pedestrian bridge has been constructed at the busy Sanepa Chowk, near the Bagmati River on the border between Kathmandu and Lalitpur.
The bridge is in the final stage of construction and is nearing full operation.
Construction of the main structure has been completed, while work on the stairs, railings, and finishing touches is still underway.
The bridge has already been brought into partial operation. Authorities plan to bring it into full operation once the remaining work is completed.
Once fully operational, the bridge is expected to make it easier and safer for pedestrians to cross the busy road.
