PM Oli and Vietnam's Vice-president Xuan hold talks (Pictures)

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli held a meeting with Vietnam’s Vice-president Vo Thi Anh Xuan on Sunday.

The meeting took place today at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar.

Vice-president Xuan arrived in Nepal on Saturday at the invitation of Vice-president Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav, marking the historic occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Vietnam.

Earlier on Sunday, Vice-president Yadav and Vice-president Xuan also held a courtesy meeting. After the courtesy meeting, they led Nepali and Vietnamese delegations, including senior government officials from both sides, in a bilateral meeting held at Hotel Yak & Yeti on Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.

Vice-president Xuan is scheduled to complete her visit and return to her country on Monday (August 25).
