UML's Khagaraj Adhikari appointed Gandaki CM

CPN-UML lawmaker Khagaraj Adhikari has been appointed Gandaki chief minister (CM) on Monday.

Provincial Chief Prithvi Man Gurung appointed Adhikari Gandaki CM.

Adhikari earlier staked claim for the post of CM with support of 33 lawmakers including those from UML, CPN (Maoist Center), RPP and Dipak Manange who recently joined CPN (Unified Socialist) after being elected to the provincial assembly as an independent candidate.
