Central member of Nepali Congress (NC) Shekhar Koirala has accused the ruling CPN of treading the path of state capture.
Inaugurating the one-month national awakening campaign in Kavre on Wednesday, Koirala said activities of the current KP Sharma Oli government show it is moving toward state capture and centralizing power.
He took exception to the use of term feeble by Prime Minister (PM) Oli while answering questions raised by the opposition lawmakers in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
He also accused PM Oli of preventing the opposition from speaking in the parliament, and Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara of taking the side of PM.
He also urged he party cadres to focus on building the organization.
