The dialogue between the government and RPP held at the Singha Durbar Tuesday afternoon has ended without reaching any conclusion.
The dialogue ended after Law Minister Bhanubhakta Dhakal said discussion can be held only on the issues that do not contravene the Constitution.
RPP leaders said the dialogue continued for around one and half hours and they will again sit for another round within a week.
Coordinator of the three-man dialogue committee Dipak Bohora led RPP during the dialogue while minister Dhakal represented the government.
The two sides discussed about the 22-point demand put to the government by the party. The party has demanded revocation of secularism, a round table discussion to reinstate monarchy, and a referendum on federalism among others.
