Chief Minister of Province 3 Dormani Poudel has said that the state and local governments have not been able to carry out activities in an easy and smooth manner in lack of employees.
Speaking at an interaction organized by Administrative Court and High-Level Administration Reform, Implementation and Monitoring Committee, Kathmandu, here on Sunday, Chief Minister Poudel said, “The province government has budget and resources. But development construction activities have not moved ahead in smooth manner in lack of employees.”
He further said that many local levels are without employees, adding that responsibility and accountability of the employees have further increased in this changeable society.
Saying there would be no reform in administration until arrangement and coordination of administrative organization and structure, employees and human resources, Chairperson of Administrative Court, Kashiraj Dahal, expressed the view that good governance was very essential for sustainable peace and development in the country.
