The death toll from the landslide in Thabang, Rolpa, has reached four.
According to Inspector Krishna Shrestha at the District Police Office, Rolpa, the body of 75-year-old Dal Bahadur Pun Magar, who had been missing after the incident, was found on Thursday.
Earlier, approximately 60-year-old Kamal Bahadur Pun Magar and 18-year-old Shanti Pun Magar were found dead after the landslide.
At around 7 a.m. on Thursday, the body of 71-year-old Manrakhi Pun Magar was pulled from the debris.
Himal Pun Magar (22) and Sanjay Gharti Magar (25) were injured in the landslide. They have been sent to a hospital for treatment.
Search operations for the missing are ongoing by clearing the debris.
At around 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, a landslide from the hill above buried Kamal Bahadur's house along with six other houses and sheds at Botalbara in Thabang Rural Municipality-5.
Following the incident, police mobilized from the Area Police Office in Uwa reached the site at 10:15 p.m. and began search and rescue operations for the missing persons.
Fifteen police personnel have been deployed in the operations.
