The death toll from the landslide in Thabang, Rolpa, has reached three.
Two people died and 10 others went missing after a landslide at Botalbara in Thabang Rural Municipality-5 buried the house of Kamal Bahadur Pun Magar along with six other houses and sheds on Wednesday night.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Pancha Kumar Bakhu, chief of District Police Office, Rolpa, the body of a 71-year-old elderly woman was pulled from the debris after 7 a.m. on Thursday.
Earlier, 18-year-old Shanti Pun Magar and approximately 60-year-old Kamal Bahadur Pun Magar were found dead.
Himal Pun Magar (22) and Sanjay Gharti Magar (25) were injured in the landslide. DSP Bakhu said that they have been sent to a hospital for treatment.

According to him, nine people are still missing in the landslide. Search operations are underway by clearing the debris.
Those missing include four men, three women, and two children. Kamal Bahadur's 40-year-old daughter, Jun Kumari Pun Magar, is also missing.
DSP Bakhu said that the other missing individuals are 9-year-old Ashim Pun Magar, 6-year-old Ashok Pun Magar, 75-year-old Dal Bahadur Pun Magar, 80-year-old Ajambar Pun Magar, 78-year-old Bal Bahadur Pun Magar, 72-year-old Lil Bahadur Pun Magar, 71-year-old Mani Pun Magar, and 67-year-old Hastakala Roka Magar.
The bodies of Kamal Bahadur, 18-year-old Shanti Pun Magar, and 71-year-old Manrakhi Pun Magar have been recovered from the debris.
Teams led by DSP Bakhu, Lieutenant Colonel Dipesh Khadka of the Nepal Army’s Sri Surya Dal Battalion, an assistant DSP from the Armed Police Force Ashrit Company, and Inspector Ram Chandra Bagale from the Area Police Office, Thabang, are deployed at the site for the search and rescue of those missing in the landslide.
At around 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, a landslide from the hill above buried Kamal Bahadur Pun Magar's house and six other houses and sheds.
Following the incident, police mobilized from the Area Police Office in Uwa reached the site at 10:15 p.m. and began search and rescue operations for the missing persons.
