Three people have died in a jeep accident in Rolpa.
According to Police Inspector Krishna Shrestha, a jeep plunged about 600 meters from a road at Byang Khola in Gharti Village, Madi Rural Municipality-2, at around 8 a.m. on Thursday, killing three people.
The deceased include two men and one woman. Their identities have not yet been established.
The vehicle's registration number has also not been identified because the jeep remains on a steep slope.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Pancha Kumar Bakhu, chief of the District Police Office, Rolpa, is on the way to the accident site.
According to Inspector Shrestha, materials such as corrugated metal sheets and pipes were found in the Bolero vehicle involved in the crash.
