27th Flora Expo begins in Kathmandu (Pictures)

Kathmandu, March 20

The 27th Flora Expo 2026 has begun at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu.

Organized by the Floriculture Association Nepal (FAN), the exhibition started on Thursday and will run until Sunday (March 22) at the Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall.

The slogan for the expo is “Floriculture business for a clean environment, employment, and economic prosperity.” A wide variety of flowers, nursery plants, gardening supplies, and modern floriculture technologies are on display and available for sale at the event.

According to the organizers, flower producers, nursery entrepreneurs, and companies are participating in the expo, which also includes competitions and award distribution ceremonies.

The expo will remain open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the organizers expect thousands of visitors this year as well.
