Infrastructure Development Committee members inspect Gwarko flyover (Pictures)

Lawmakers from the Infrastructure Development Committee of the House of Representatives inspected the Gwarko flyover in Lalitpur on Wednesday.

Members of the committee, led by committee chair Deepak Singh, conducted an on-site inspection of the flyover at Gwarko.

The flyover, which underwent repeated deadline extensions and design changes, was recently completed. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the flyover on Friday, June 20.

The 455-meter-long flyover has a ground clearance of 6 meters. Additionally, ramps of 180-meter length on the right and 110 meters on the left have been constructed for vehicles to access the flyover.

The construction of the flyover was carried out by Ashish-Samanantar JV.
