Playground under construction at Khula Manch (Pictures)

The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is constructing a playground at Khula Manch.

The City Planning Commission of KMC had allocated Rs 10 million for the playground construction.

According to the KMC, the playground is being built at Khula Manch under the City Planning Commission's sports program.
