Former president Bidya Bhandari inspected the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwar, which was set on fire during the Gen Z movement on September 9.
Speaker of the House of Representatives Devraj Ghimire and National Assembly Chairman Narayan Dahal were also present during the inspection of the building.
During the visit, officials from the Parliament Secretariat briefed former president Bhandari on the technologies used in the House of Representatives and the National Assembly, the management of the meeting halls, the archive rooms, and the communication center.
Bhandari was also accompanied by members of her personal secretariat, senior officials of the Parliamentary Secretariat, and security personnel during the inspection tour.
