The Nepal Samajwadi Party (Naya Shakti), Janardan Sharma’s Pragatisheel Rastriya Abhiyan, and Santosh Pariyar, who recently left the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), have announced their unification to form the Pragatisheel Loktantrik Party.

The unification was announced during an event held at the City Hall on Exhibition Road, Kathmandu, on Sunday.

Baburam Bhattarai, Janardan Sharma, and other leaders and cadres were present at the event.
